Try it Out Tuesday - Waiheke Walking Festival Taster

What better way to celebrate my Wellington Bestie's birthday weekend than invite her north, take her to Waiheke Island, get a taster of the upcoming Waiheke Walking Festival and try out some fab eats and sips at a winery?!

She said yes, booked her flights and the Waiheke Walking Wahine group was created.

We were guided by the fantastic Denise through the Whakanewha Regional Park - going coastal and bush - and made our way back up to Batch Winery to experience their HighTea with a glass of bubbles. Highly recommend.

There are so many fantastic tracks and walks on Waiheke, why not take advantage of the guided versions with the Waiheke Walking Festival taking place during November.
