Plastic Free July is about to start, having challenged myself to this a couple of years ago there are quite a few changes I made that have become common place at home and when I'm out.

I still have reusable plastic containers and there are some products I buy that have plastic packaging, so it's a good time to relook at small changes I can make to continue making a difference.
