Two Minute Reorganisation Debate

Right now, residents of Hawke's Bay are being asked to cast their vote in a binding poll.  The question being asked is would you like to vote FOR or AGAINST the proposal to establish a single Hawke's Bay Council for the HB region?  

We invited Napier City Council Councillor Michelle Pyke and A better Hawke's Bay Chairperson Rebecca Turner in to tell us in 60 seconds why they think the people of HB should vote for or against this proposal.
