Most of us will remember the viral clip of a woman named Karen who wanted her $20 back.

In the 2013 vial video, Karen had accidentally left a message on the wrong person's phone demanding she gets the money she’s owed … and the rest is history.

Jono and Ben – who are currently on a quest to find the world’s greatest viral video on the internet  caught up with the Kiwi sensation to see what she’s been up to since that fateful call.
