Zac Franich wants to speak out for those struggling with mental illness and to help put an end to suicide.

The former Bachelor star talked to Sarah, Sam and Toni about how suicide has affected his life after the tragic death of his close family friend.

He also bravely opened up about his own journey with depression and anxiety.

Now he is working with Voices of Hope, a non-profit organisation that encourages people to share their stories and seek help.

For the month of Decemeber their #itsnotweaktospeak campaign aims to help men in particular who often remain silent about their feelings and what's really going on inside.
