Is food the one thing you look forward to in the day? You could be an emotional eater.
This morning Sarah, Sam and Toni talked to Dr Libby Weaver about emotional eating and how to stop treating food as a "reward" and instead look at it as "fuel".
"What leads us to make consistently good food choices is often dealing with the other reasons we are drawn to certain foods," Dr Libby explains.
