Sam gets the full female experience after spending the morning wearing a bra

Women will know that wearing a bra can be uncomfortable at the best of times.

Sarah and Toni thought it was high time Sam knew the struggle females face every day and so being a good sport, Sam donned the lingerie for the morning.

Wearing an underwire filled with bags of rice and grapefruit - to resemble the weight that would normally be held there - Sam completed challenges that women come across all the time, like the pain of a twisted bra strap, the annoyance of breadcrumbs falling into places it shouldn't and like the awkwardness of attempting to exercise.
