It can be easy to feel stressed out and unsure of what to do amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
But psychologist Nigel Latta says that it is so important, more now than ever, for Kiwis to take a balanced approach.
He chatted to Laura, Sam and Toni about how New Zealanders can help keep calm and not panic.
