Back on the beer buzz, seriously this is waaayy more involved than I had realised it would be. I'm now testing the gravity of my brew...ummm, the what now??
Gravity, tells us the alcohol content but also when our wort has actually become beer and is stable to get to the bottling process.
My wee girl seems to think we are making something for her ha!
