Dad buys his daughter a $1.2 Million House

University O-Week in Australia is months away but one student is already celebrating.

Yesterday a man from Lindfield, New South Wales, purchased his daughter a two-bedroom designer home in Annandale for A$1.17 million (NZ$1.26m).

The upper north shore buyer wanted his daughter's first home to be close to her classes but he had to fight off six other bidders to achieve his goal....it's a 2 bedroom place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
