Arguably the most famous couple in the world shunned a private jet and even the luxury of economy class for a flight from Paris to Nice.

Passengers were stunned when the pair and their six children boarded the plane, unloaded their luggage into the overhead locker and then settled into their seats for the short flight.

The family had flown from the US to France before hopping onto the domestic flight.

And they even waited for two hours at Charles de Gaulle Airport along with other passengers.

The family recently celebrated mum Angelina's 40th birthday last week in a quiet affair at home, shunning any offers of a glossy-magazine-covered affair for treasured quality time behind closed doors.

They're just like us!
