Brad Pitt steps in for Angelina Jolie at the Unbroken premieré

Brad Pitt was on daddy duty as he stepped in for his wife Angelina Jolie at the Hollywood premiere of her new movie Unbroken.

The Hollywood heartthrob and his children covered for mum, who sadly was home sick with Chicken Pox.

The family, minus mom, suited up to hit the red carpet. Pax, Maddox and their sister Shiloh all donned sharp suits as they joined their father and grandparents Jane and William at the star studded bash.

Despite her absence Ange made sure there was no confusion over the reason she stayed away, taking to NBC News to say “just want to be clear and honest about why I will be missing the Unbroken events in the next few days, 'I will be home, itching and missing everyone.'

Just to be clear people, it’s not because of that awkward Sony Pictures incident.
