Adele cried her eyes out while accepting the award for Global Success at the 2016 BRIT Awards held at the O2 Arena on Wednesday (February 24) in London, England.
“I bet you’re all f–king bored of me,” the 27-year-old singer said upon taking the stage to accept her third award of the night. The curse ended up making its way onto the live broadcast!
“I said it earlier, but to come back… I got really lost for a while. I didn’t know if I’d ever come back and for you all to be so kind to me."
Adele also became the latest artist to speak out in support of Kesha in the singer's legal battle with producer Dr. Luke and Sony Music over her contract.
