Caitlyn Jenner looks unrecognisable following skin cancer removal

Caitlyn Jenner has left fans shocked after sharing a graphic selfie on Instagram.

The powerful photo - which shows the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star makeup-free with the entire tip of her nose covered by a raw, red scab - serves as a warning about the severe impact of sun damage.

Jenner captioned the snap: “I recently had to get some sun damage removed from my nose. PSA – always wear your sunblock!”

While the former pro athlete didn't mention any specific form of cancer in her post, reports are claiming she had basal cell carcinoma removed. 

Fans were quick to send their well wishes to the 68-year-old.
