Divorce Settlement: Amber Heard Withdraws Restraining Order Request Against Johnny Depp

The legal battle between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp is over.

The exes settled their case on Tuesday, and 30-year-old Heard withdrew her request for a domestic violence restraining order against the 53-year-old actor, Daily Mail has confirmed.

After huge debates between their teams of lawyers, Depp agreed a settlement believed to be close to $10 million. Depp is allegedly worth $200 million.

This decision was made after footage emerged of Johnny Depp's chopped finger.

In a joint statement released exclusively to Daily Mail Online the couple described their relationship as 'passionate' and at times 'volatile' but said neither of them intended to cause the other harm. Their marriage lasted 15 months.

The statement said: 'Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have agreed to resolve their divorce proceedings privately.
