Ellen seduces and ties up Fifty Shades star Jamie Dornan

Ellen DeGeneres is known for her unusual gags.

And on Tuesday the comedienne had some fun with actor Jamie Dornan when he appeared on The Ellen Show, according to the Daily Mail .

The wife of Portia de Rossi tied up the actor with tape to spoof his steamy S&M movie Fifty Shades Darker. "You’re a bad girl—what other things do you have there?" he quipped during the parody, which sees Ellen as an uninhibited Staples employee who substitutes office supplies for sex toys.

"I assume you like a girl in a uniform," Ellen says before straddling him, clad in a bright red shirt unbuttoned low to reveal a prosthetic bust.

Among the objects in her bag, emblazoned with the office supply retail chain's logo, the chat show host brandishes a pencil sharpener, a paper clip remover and a stapler. "Now we’re talking," Jamie jokes.

Instead of a silk tie like in his film, the Finding Dory actress binds the heartthrob’s wrists with scotch tape during the segment. "It’s the heavy duty stuff?" Jamie quips.

The parody lampoons some of the more risqué erotic acts that have catapulted Jamie and his costar Dakota Johnson to worldwide fame in the first film.

The duo reprise their Fifty Shades Of Grey roles in the follow-up Fifty Shades Darker. Jamie stars as the title character Christian Grey—a kinky billionaire who seduces college student Anastasia Steele, played by Johnson.

Asked if he became familiar with the sex objects used in the drama, the 34-year-old admitted that he stepped outside of his comfort zone, but "surprised" himself.

"The funny thing is, pretty much everything you find in the red room, you've used a version of, but not for the same effect," he explained to Ellen.

"Like, it's more for riding a horse or something. Or doing up a bag that's particularly full and if you're using a buckle. That kind of thing. You have the skill set and you kind of surprise yourself. Most of it—I have to admit—I was very green about all that stuff."

The hunky star revealed that his racy role didn’t continue off-camera when he went home to his wife, Amelia Warner.

"I don't think she wants a used prop," he told the comedienne when she asked if he channelledd the character in the bedroom. He added that if his wife is keen on experimenting, it would be a surprise to him. "She hasn't told me, so I'm in the dark," he shared.

In the new sequel of the bestselling erotic book turned movie, viewers will see a more colorful side of Christian Grey.

"We see him smile a lot more in the second movie," Jamie explained. "There are a few lighter moments. Dakota, in the first movie, she gets all the gags—and I'm pretty serious," he added. "It's a bit more evenly spread."
