Fans are shocked over these photos of Love Island UK's Megan before cosmetic surgery

Love Island UK fans couldn't believe their eyes, after photos of controversial contestant Megan Barton-Hanson were released that appear to show her "before cosmetic surgery".
The images - which were unveiled by Hello! Magazine - show an 18-year-old Megan with straight hair, skinny eyebrows and notably thinner lips.

The publication reported Megan started her dramatic transformation at the age of 14 and her cosmetic surgeries would have cost around £25k (NZ$49,900).

The magazine also claims the reality show star has had multiple lip fillers, a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty and botox in her forehead.
