Former 'Home and Away' star welcomes first baby

Former Home and Away star Tessa James has given birth to her first child with husband Nate Myles!

The 26-year-old - who is best known for playing Nicole Franklin in the Aussie soap - took to Instagram to announce the exciting news.

Alongside a photo of Nate pushing a pram, Tessa wrote: "'As soon as I saw you I knew a grand adventure was about to happen' - Winnie the Pooh."

The newborn's name and sex has not been revealed yet.

Tessa confirmed her pregnancy in August, just two years after going into remission from cancer.

The actress was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma at 23 years old.

Tessa and Nate, a professional rugby player, have been married since 2011.
