GEORGE Clooney will make fiancee Amal Alamuddin sign an iron-clad prenup before they get married.

The actor — who recently proposed to the leggy lawyer after just six months of dating — will protect his estimated $200 million fortune.

If their union lasts less than a year, she gets $1 million as a parting gift.

“George has had so many friends go through hell because of a split,” explains an insider.

“He just wants to make sure that doesn’t happen to him if, God forbid, he and Amal break up.

“Amal is a very smart woman who understands the business side of a relationship. She wouldn’t expect anything less.”

George never got permission from Amal’s dad before he proposed.

“George didn’t get a formal permission from her dad, but it was an indirect hint,” a source told RadarOnline.
