Rumours are swirling Beyonce Knowles is expecting her fourth baby with husband Jay Z.

While the pop star announced her pregnancy with twins, Rumi and Sir, by releasing a surprise staged photoshoot, we want to take you back to the MTV VMAs in 2011.

Remember when she revealed she was pregnant with Blue Ivy by proudly rubbing her tummy after her performance of 'Love On Top', while smiling straight down the camera?

Well, she’s done it again!
