John Legend and Chrissy Teigen have welcomed their first baby!

The married pair welcomed a baby girl, Luna Simone Stephens, on Thursday (US time) and shared the news on social media 3 days later.

And Teigen shared the news with a post on Instagram!

Teigen revealed to People in December that she chose the sex of her baby using an IVF treatment add-on (preimplantation genetic screening, PGS, or preimplantation genetic diagnosis, PDF). She expressed in the interview that she wanted to see her husband with a daughter.

“I think I was most excited and allured by the fact that John would be the best father to a little girl. I think he deserves a little girl. I think he deserves that bond." said Teigen.
