Kim Kardashian Pregnant With Baby Number 2!

Kim Kardashian has revealed that she and Kanye West are expecting baby number 2! North West is about to be a big sister.

Kim broke the news in the "supertease" shown after the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that just aired in the States.

The clip shows Kim hearing the exciting news during a doctor's appointment shortly before spilling the beans to sister Khloe. "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kim, who's beaming ear-to-ear, exclaims to her stunned sister.
