Lorde Nominated For MTV Europe Music Award

Lorde has been nominated for a prize at the upcoming MTV Europe Music Awards!

Nominated for “Best Alternative Act”, Lorde will be up against Lana Del Rey, Florence + The Machine, Fall Out Boy and Twenty One Pilots.

The Kiwi pop star topped Billboard's alternative charts in 2013 with Royals - the first woman to do so in 17 years.

Lorde’s pal Taylor Swift, has been nominated for an incredible nine prizes!

The winners will be announced at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan, Italy, on October 25.
