This year Macaulay Culkin underwent a dramatic image overhaul - and we have to admit he doesn't just look healthier, he's looking pretty handsome too!

After years of looking scruffy and scrawny, the Home Alone child star has stepped out to proudly showed off a brand new hair cut and a fuller figure.

In photos taken by Daily Mail (click here to see them), the 37-year-old was spotted in Paris with his girlfriend Brenda Song.
