Main Voice Actor Leaving The Simpsons

The Simpsons is about to lose a HUGE number of characters...

It was announced today that Harry Shearer, the voice of Ned Flanders, Mr. Burns, Principal Skinner, Otto, Smithers, and many more on The Simpsons, has left the show.

Harry tweeted from his account a quote from Jame L. Brooks' lawyer... "From James L. Brooks' lawyer: 'show will go on, Harry will not be part of it, wish him the best. This because I wanted what we've always had: the freedom to do other work. Of course, I wish him the very best.'"

This confirmed a number of rumours that one of the cast was holding out from signing onto another two seasons.

Even though the show is set to continue, we're not sure how with so many characters missing!
