Miley Gets A Restraining Order

Miley Cyrus is usually the one doing the scaring...

But in a recent situation, the Bangerz star was the one getting scared.

The frightened 21-year-old superstar managed to obtain a restraining order on Friday against Devon Meek, an Arizona man who was recently detained by police for trying to gain access to her.

He was arrested after he claimed openly that the singer had been trying to communicate to him through her songs.

He currently remains in a psychiatric hospital following his arrest, but he has maintained he will continue to seek her out if he is released.
