Oprah Is Coming To New Zealand!

Talk show icon Oprah Winfrey has announced plans to visit New Zealand for the first time.

It's part of an international tour that takes in five Australian dates.

The entertainment figurehead will be here on December 16th for a single public appearance.

She said in a statement she looks forward to being reconnected - rejuvenated and re-inspired about what is possible for our lives.

Venue and ticketing details are expected to be announced next Sunday.
