Oprah Spotted Walking Up Mt Eden In Auckland

Oprah Winfrey was spotted on a walk up Mt Eden in Auckland yesterday.

Photos posted on social media show the American star and her entourage taking a stroll up the volcano, dressed in active wear.

She was also seen leaving the One Tree Grill restaurant at Greenwoods Corner in Epsom, where she was filmed by a fan.

The broadcasting billionaire and former talkshow host is on her first visit to this country.

In a statement promoting her show at Auckland's Vector Arena on Wednesday, she said she was "excited to visit New Zealand for the very first time".

Tickets to the "An Evening With Oprah" event start at $109.90, but fan packages can cost up to $2510.

For this, "The O VIP Photo + Soundcheck Experience", fans will get an experience that includes a 15-minute Q&A session with Oprah, access to her soundcheck, photos, VIP access, premium seating, a lanyard and laminate, and a cocktail party.

Winfrey is best known for her TV talkshow, which aired from 1986 to 2011.

Worth US$3 billion ($4.5 billion), she has been ranked the richest African-American of the 20th century.
