Sol3 Mio Takes On Ed Sheeran's Hobbit Song For The RWC

New Zealand's Rugby World Cup anthem has been revealed- a stirring rendition of "I See Fire" by Sol3 Mio.

The song was originally recorded for Peter Jackson's 2013 movie, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, after our very own Polly connected Ed and Peter with one another.

The video for the song, which includes a Maori haka, is the official anthem for the All Blacks as they seek to retain the Rugby World Cup, which kicks off in the UK in two weeks.

The song is also set to appear on the group's new album On Another Note, which the Express reported was recorded at Abbey Road studio in London.
