The Actor Playing The New Spiderman Has Been Announced!

The third actor to play Spiderman since Tobey Maguire played the role in 2002 has been announced!

19 year old Tom Holland will put on the spider suit for a role in the upcoming Captain America: Civil War, and will then have his own standalone Spiderman film after that.

He previously starred alongside Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor in The Impossible.

"Given that Holland just turned 19, it looks like Peter Parker will once again be a high school student, which feels tired by this point, but should make for an interesting dichotomy when he appears alongside more veteran superheroes like Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man in next year's Captain America sequel" says Mashable.
