The Identity of Friends' “Ugly Naked Guy” Has Been Revealed

Thank you once again, Internet!

Thanks to some thorough investigation from The Huffington Post, the identity of "Ugly Naked Guy" from Friends has finally been uncovered. 

UNG was a commonly referenced (but rarely seen) character who the guys spied on from Monica’s apartment. He was very mysterious.

During the whole lifetime of Friends he only made two on-screen appearances, once in season three for “The One With The Giant Poking Device,” and in season five for “The One Where Everybody Finds Out.”

In these appearances, we never saw our naked heroes face, but a journalist at HP has uncovered his identity after a year of investigation. His name is Jon Haugen, a happy go lucky fully-clothed man!

"There’s only one Ugly Naked Guy, man, and that was me," Haugen told the publication "I wasn’t really expecting them to call me back for me to do it again. It was the best time in my life."

Haugen also revealed that he wasn’t really naked in the scene where he’s hanging out with a nude Ross.
