Valerie Adams shares exciting baby update

For those that don't follow Dame Valerie Adams' Instagram, Valerie and her husband, Gabriel are currently living it up in the States.

But amongst all her travel snaps, Val has finally showed off her baby bump for the first time!

The 25-week pregnant Olympian posted a picture of Gabriel and her posing for a selfie before heading out to the Cirque Du Solei in Las Vegas.
