Watch: Celine Dion Dedicates New Song to Husband and Brother Live on Facebook for Cancer

The Stand Up 2 Cancer event on happened on Friday, which saw an array of celebrities speak, perform and stand up to cancer. 

Celine Dion tragically lost her husband Rene Angelil in January, and just two days later lost her brother to cancer as well. 

A while back it was announced that P!nk had written a song titled 'Recovering' for Dion, a tribute to the passing of her loved ones. So, for the first time, Dion performed this song on stage at the Stand Up 2 Cancer event, after sharing some beautiful words about her late husband and brother.

“I miss René everyday,” she began. “The loss will now be a part of my life.”

Other notable performances that night were Kieth Urban, Dierks Bentley and Little Big Town’s lovely tribute to the late David Bowie, including a heartwarming rendition of Bowie’s hit song “Heroes.”
