Will & Grace star reveals recent near-death experience

Will & Grace star Sean Hayes' small intestine "burst open".

The actor recounted his ordeal to Ellen DeGeneres during an interview on The Ellen Show, revealing he could have died if he hadn't gone to the hospital.

"I went to the ER, and thank God I did," he told the talk show host.

"I had a very rare thing where my small intestine burst open, and it was poisoning my body."

Luckily, Sean ended up being fine and had Ellen in tears of joy as he put a hilarious spin on the otherwise serious situation.
