Seven-year-old Vinny Desautels spent two years growing his hair so he could donate it to cancer patients.

Despite being teased by for his hair growth, he managed to grow it to 13 inches. He then donated it to 'wigs for kids with cancer'.but now the absolute worst twist has happened...

Vinny and his family found out that he had stage four cancer.

Doctors found growths around Vinny's hip, cheek and right eye, but are still trying to figure out the exact kind of cancer the seven-year-old is suffering from.
