A 'Stranger Things' themed Upside Down pop-up bar is coming to New Zealand

You may have heard of the Harry Potter wizard-themed potions bar that is landing on our shores - well now, New Zealand is getting it’s very own Stranger Things pop-up bar.

That’s right, a brand new bar inspired by Netflix’s hit TV series Stranger Things is coming to Auckland, serving up cocktails to match.

The Upside Down Bar will be set in Joyce Byers’ house, packed filled with references to 80s pop-culture, arcade games, DJs spinning 80s hits and will even have literal upside-down tables on the ceiling.

There will also be an opportunity for patrons to take part in a "dark and dangerous mission". Eep!

The themed-drinks will include Demogorgon and Eleven’s Eggo’s alcoholic slushies that are sure to be insanely tasty.

The bar is set to open at a secret location on June 28 – ahead of the highly anticipated fourth season of Stranger Things - so make sure you pre-register to get your tickets!
