Brand new season of 'Bridgerton' is out today and we're already swooning
Dearest Gentle Reader … Bridgerton Season 4 is finally here - and it’s Benedict’s turn.
Clear your schedule, pour the tea, and emotionally prepare yourself - Bridgerton Season 4 has officially arrived, with Part 1 streaming on Netflix today at 9PM NZT.
The Regency-era romance juggernaut is back in not one, but two parts, giving fans a double serving of scandal, slow-burn longing, and impossibly beautiful gowns to kick off 2026.

Benedict Bridgerton Steps Into the Spotlight
After watching his siblings fall in love one by one, Benedict Bridgerton - the family’s bohemian dreamer, played by the ever-charismatic Luke Thompson - is finally centre stage.
Season 4 follows Benedict after a chance encounter with a mysterious Lady in Silver at a lavish masquerade ball hosted by Lady Bridgerton herself. One dance is all it takes to completely upend his carefully unstructured life - sending him on a search that will lead him somewhere (and to someone) he never expected.
Enter Sophie Baek, played by Yerin Ha - a woman living a very different reality from Benedict’s artistic, privileged world. What unfolds is a sweeping, emotional love story inspired by Julia Quinn’s An Offer from a Gentleman - a Cinderella-style romance where fantasy and reality collide.
As showrunner Jess Brownell explains, this season explores the space between dreams and real life - and how true love can only exist when both are embraced.
