Burger King Is Paying For A Couple Called Burger And King To Get Married

Burger King has offered to cover expenses for the wedding of US couple Joel Burger & Ashley King.
The 23 & 24 year old couple met in University, and jokingly had an impromptu photo shoot at a Burger King after Burger had proposed to King as a way to announce their engagement.
Burger King got wind of this fantastic marketing opportunity and immediately contacted the couple.
Burger King spokesman Eric Hirschhorn said, “When we heard about the happy Burger-King couple, we felt an overwhelming urge to celebrate their upcoming marriage.” So congratulations are due to the eventual Mr. and Mrs. Burger.
It is not yet known whether Burger King food will be served at the wedding.
