Kind-Hearted Man Invites Lonely Strangers To Share Christmas With Him And His Family

A kind-hearted man has offered to open up his home to strangers who have no one to spend Christmas with.

Keith Pringle, from Clones, on the Co Fermanagh/Monaghan border, is inviting people from across the country who will be alone at Christmas to come and spend it with him and his family.

"A friend of mine lost a family member and it was then I realised he had nowhere really to go at Christmas.

"I didn't even realise before that there are many other people in that same situation and this time of year can be very lonely for some people.

"I was speaking to another lady last week and she was in the same situation, it was then it really hit home that, loneliness is much more common than I thought, so I wanted to do something about it."

Keith has opened the invite up to anyone who would like to join him for Christmas & he's even offered to provide transport!

"A big family day like Christmas must be incredibly difficult for a lot of people so I would love to have them come and enjoy the day with us. My family and I would love to have you."

What a lovely gesture!
