Meet Don the DOG who caused traffic chaos when he drove a tractor on the motorway

Drivers in Scotland were forced into delays due to Don the dog taking control of a tractor! 

The Border Collie leaned against the controls which sent the vehicle flying through a field and onto the motorway. No one was harmed in the incident after the tractor ended up in the middle of the road. Shocked drivers managed to avoid Don and the machine as police sped to the scene on the M74 in Scotland. 

The dog jumped off the vehicle and the route was cleared. 

Mr Hamilton Dons owners, 77, said: ‘I was out in the mini tractor and had stepped out of it to get a lamb which looked like it was about to get out of the gate.

‘I had not put the brake on the tractor and when I turned round I got a fright as the vehicle was careering down the hill, through a gate and onto the M74.’

Metro News have said Don the dog will apparently not be charged with any offences.
