King Charles and Queen Camilla have publicly wished Princess Kate a happy birthday - while ignoring the claims Prince Harry has made in several new interviews.

The Princess of Wales is celebrating her 41st birthday just a day before the Duke of Sussex’s new memoir Spare hits shelves, reports The Sun.

And her father-in-law and his wife have shared a touching tribute to the princess.

The Royal Family’s Twitter account shared a snap of Kate receiving flowers from a child, captioned, "Wishing The Princess of Wales a very Happy Birthday today!"

It’s the first we’ve heard from the royals since Harry called his stepmother Camilla “dangerous”.

Harry, 38, also told Anderson Cooper on CBS’ 60 Minutes that Camilla, his father’s “other woman”, was the “villain”.

He also accused his stepmother of being “openly willing” to trade information with the press as part of her campaign to marry Charles.

A close friend of the Queen Consort has reportedly revealed to Vanity Fair that Camilla is “just astounded by the whole thing.”

And sources close to King Charles III have allegedly told the magazine that he has zero tolerance for negative commentary on his wife, whom he wed in 2005 despite his sons “begging” him not to.

However, it’s not the first time Kate’s birthday has been overshadowed by the Sussexes.

January 8, 2020 saw Harry and Meghan make the bombshell announcement that they would be stepping down as senior royals.

Last year, Kate marked her milestone 40th birthday by sharing three images of herself dancing in Alexander McQueen gowns, taken by famed fashion photographer Paolo Roversi.

But this year, her birthday comes after fresh details about Harry’s life and relationships with his family - including Kate herself - have emerged in his new book.

Harry claims in the book that William and Kate urged him to wear the infamous Nazi uniform to a 2005 fancy dress party, and “both howled” at the idea.

He adds that Meghan upset Kate by claiming she had “baby brain” ahead of the Sussexes’ 2018 wedding, after which Kate demanded an apology and William accused Meghan of being “rude”.

Harry also recalls the infamous fight over bridesmaid dresses, which allegedly left Meghan in tears “on the floor”.

So far, Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace have declined to comment on the book’s revelations and on Harry’s interviews.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex revealed he is not currently on speaking terms with his brother William, Prince of Wales or his father King Charles.

The 38-year-old royal has been opening up about life ahead of the release of his autobiography Spare in which he lays bare the ongoing rift with his family - and in an interview with Anderson Cooper on US TV show 60 Minutes, Harry explained he's still not talking to William or Charles.

During the chat, the host asked: "Do you speak to William now? Do you text?" and Harry replied: "Currently, no. But I look forward to ... I look forward to us being able to find peace ..."

When asked how long has it been since he spoke to William, Harry said: "A while. "

Cooper then said: "Do you speak to your dad?" and the royal replied: "We aren't ... we haven't spoken for quite a while. No, not recently."

Harry and his wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex stepped down as working royals in 2020 and moved to California where they are raising their two children. They later lifted the lid on the troubles they experienced within the royal family during an explosive tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey and in a fly-on-the-wall documentary called Harry and Meghan for Netflix ahead of the release of his book Spare.

Later on in the interview, Harry went on to insist he hopes to make peace with his relatives declaring: "That's all I've ever asked for."

He said: "At the heart of it, there is a family, without question. Um - and I really look forward to having that family element back. I look forward to having a relationship with my brother. I look forward to having a relationship with my father and other members of my family."
