Teenager Wins The Internet After Walking 95 Year Old Home Hand In Hand

Christian Trousedale, 18, became a bit of a  public hero when a picture of him walking hand-in-hand with a 95-year-old pensioner went viral. It wasn’t any random act of kindness though, the teenager was working his shift at a supermarket when he asked the pensioner if he wanted some help to carry his shopping home. 

Trousedale is said to be blown away by the reaction. He said "It's just something I’d normally do, I went back into Aldi this afternoon and a lady came up and hugged me and said she loved what I’d done. My Facebook is overflowing with messages and one woman from America wrote on my wall that she wishes there were more people in her country like me. It’s been really amazing.”

The original picture has been liked over a quarter of a million times and has more than 70,000 shares!

He's even been back to visit Bob and make sure he was OK! What a champion
