The Happiest Year Of Your Life Will Be When You’re 34, Apparently

According to researchers at security firm Yale, 34 was the age most of the 2,000 people polled said was the year in which they were most happy, MailOnline reports.

It also marks the age when your most comfortable with yourself and start ticking the boxes of marriage, family and making it big in your career. 

Getting on the property ladder was a recurring theme throughout the study and the age a person gets their first home often correlated with the happiest year they chose.’

Other participants disagreed, however, with some nostalgic for the robust physical health of their twenties or the financial success of their forties.

Just 10 percent said they were sad for most of their lives. 47 percent said the opposite.
