These are the most Instagrammed locations in the world

All Instagram-savvy travellers know the old adage: Pics, or it didn't happen. And Instagram just seems to be the perfect platform for those idyllic holiday snaps - the kind that make your friends and family back home jealous.

The world's most Instagrammed locations for 2016 have been revealed, with Disney theme parks topping the list and old favourites like the Eiffel Tower also making an appearance.

Here are the ten locations that travellers just had to show off on the social media platform.

Our November report is now live! And for you guys wondering why I share these new reports of ours: for the first time we all can follow the market in REAL-TIME with the total number of contracts signed in all segments of the market, not just the super prime luxury: ⭐️ The Manhattan real estate saw a very strong market in November, with 793 new signed contracts in total. 709 of those signed contracts were under $4M, whereas 84 were over. 89.4% of the total activity happened below $4M, up from October’s total which was 87.6%. ⭐️ Summary: the numbers of contracts signed BELOW $4M grew and the market ABOVE $4M shrunk between October and November. Manhattan’s real estate market in terms of total signed contracts below $4M is now 89.4% in November, up from $87.6% in October. The “tale of two markets” has never been more true than now. ⭐️ Also, the coop market below $4M is much larger and more active than we expected. Below $4M, the MAJORITY of new deals are coops (58.3%). ⭐️ There were 8 contracts signed on Townhouses in November, up from 4 in October. But the market is small, it is only 1.1% of the total Manhattan real estate market in terms of contracts signed. ⭐️ In November, the total deal volume of all 793 contracts signed in Manhattan was $959M as compared to October which only had a total value of $864M. This is approximately a 10% increase month over month. On the nearly 1 billion dollars in new sales in the month of November, the real estate brokerages were competing for approximately $60M in commissions.
