Here is the recipe according to the Cadbury’s website: 

Ingredients 
 
• 60g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly 
• 1/3 cup water 
• 1 tablespoon honey 
• 140g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate, extra, broken into small pieces 
• ¼ cup coffee liqueur 
• 1 teaspoon vanilla 
• 1½ cups ice cubes 
• ½ cup cream 
• Chocolate shavings, for decoration 

Method

1. Pipe or drizzle the melted chocolate into serving glasses and set aside until the chocolate has set.

2. Combine the water and honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the extra chocolate, coffee liqueur, and vanilla, and stir until melted and smooth. Chill.

3. Combine the ice cubes, cream, and chocolate syrup in a blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately, decorated with chocolate shavings.
