Tourist Drew This Map on a Letter Instead of an Address and it was STILL Delivered!

In this day and age sending a letter is pretty rare, as is actually having the person’s address to hand when you need it.

This picture was posted online by an amazed Reddit user.

It’s captioned: “Without an address, an Icelandic tourist drew this map of the intended location (Búðardalur) and surroundings on the envelope.

“The postal service delivered!”

Rebecca Cathrine Kaadu Ostenfeld in ICELAND was the lucky recipient of the letter.

It had no address on the front, instead the writer had drawn a map which estimated where the farm house Rebecca and her family lived in was.

There were a few, English, directions for the postie though: “Country: Iceland. City: Búðardalur. Name: A horse farm with an Icelandic/Danish couple and three kids and a lot of sheep!”
