What This Farmer Did To Save A Dying Baby Cow He Found In The Snow Will Amaze You

Indiana farmer Dean Gangwer found a newborn calf stuck in the snowbank on his farm whose body temperature had dropped to dangerous levels.

 "I jumped in fully dressed, held [the calf] up so he didn’t drown, and him and I had a nice bath for an hour," Gangwer told RTV6.

He followed this by wrapping the calf, newly named Leroy, in electric blankets. 

Luckily, Leroy has fully recovered and is thriving under both his mother’s and Gangwer’s care.
