You can now stay in Santa Claus' Cabin for free just in time for Christmas

Calling all Christmas lovers, this is your ultimate getaway! 

In the heart of Rovaniemi, Finland, the official post office of none other than Santa Claus himself is gearing up for a record-breaking festive season, anticipating a flurry of over 30,000 letters daily from children and adults across the globe.  

To spread the holiday spirit far and wide, Santa Claus’ Cabin is making a grand entrance on Airbnb, offering guests a chance to roll up their sleeves, join the cheerful elves, and be part of the magic in the Arctic Circle.

Chief Elf Katja, also the Airbnb host, expressed her excitement, “We want this to be a magical and immersive experience for a family in search of the ultimate yuletide experience. Not only will guests get to sleep in Santa Claus’ Cabin, but they’ll also get a sneak peek behind the scenes of the world’s official Santa Claus’ Post Office during our liveliest time of the year.” 

The unique stay includes an elf crash course, letter sorting, and an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Santa’s Main Post Office. Guests will enjoy a free stay in the cozy Santa Claus’ Cabin, bedecked with Lapland decorations.

Booking for this enchanting experience opens on December 11 at 11 pm NZDT on airbnb.com/santa. The festive stay, available for three nights from December 18 to 21, is suitable for two adults and two children and includes complimentary return flights to Rovaniemi from London Heathrow Airport, courtesy of Visit Finland.  

As an extra dash of holiday goodwill, Airbnb will make a one-time donation to Special Children's Omaiset ELO, supporting Lappish children and young people with special needs and their loved ones.
