Full trailer for Kiwi actor KJ Apa's new movie 'I Still Believe' will melt your heart

Get the tissues ready, because this one will leave you with tears in your eyes.

The full trailer for Kiwi actor KJ Apa's upcoming movie I Still Believe has been released - and if definitely pulls at the heartstrings.

I Still Believe is based on the true story of Christian music star Jeremy Camp and follows his love story with his first wife Melissa Henning amidst her cancer diagnosis, and prior to his rise to fame.

The film - which is directed by Andrew and Jon Erwin - stars actress Britt Robertson has Melissa alongside the Riverdale actor, as well as Shania Twain, who plays Jeremy's mother, and Gary Sinise, who you may recognise from Forrest Gump.

"You're going to be healed," the KJ says in his role as Jeremy in the new trailer.

"What if I'm not supposed to be healed," Melissa replies bittersweetly.

"Don't say that," he answers as tears welling up in his eyes.

Don't know about you, but that's already got us right in the feels ...

I Still Believe is set to his New Zealand cinemas on March 12.
