It's official! Spyro the Dragon is making a remastered come back

It's been rumoured ever since the classic PlayStation game Crash Bandicoot was re-released last year ... but now it's official! 

Spyro the Dragon is being remastered!

Three of the original games - which were originally released in 1998, 1999 and 2000 - are now coming to fans as the Spyro Reignited Trilogy.

The very first trailer, unveiled by PlayStation today, shows the video games' updated graphics, and it sure does look amazing!

"It's true, he's back. Scaled up!" PlayStation wrote on their Facebook page.

The remastered trilogy is set to be released this year on September 1 for PlayStation 4.

We can't wait to play it!
